Remodels are the work we want more of, because they use everything we do. Demo, framing, drywall, tile, paint, and then the finish carpentry that makes a room feel done. When one company handles all of it, nobody is waiting on somebody else's schedule and nothing falls through the cracks between trades.
We start by listening. What bugs you about the room now, how you actually use it, and what you want it to feel like. Then we draw it, price it clearly, and build it the way we would build it for our own family.

Can we live in the house during a remodel?
Most of the time, yes. Before we start we talk through which rooms will be closed off and for how long, and we keep the rest of the house usable.
Do you draw the remodel before you start?
Yes, when it helps. We can draw it in CAD so you see the layout and the sizes before a single wall comes down.
Who handles the trades you do not do yourselves?
We do. We bring in trusted trades, schedule them, and stay responsible for the whole job, so you have one number to call.
