One call for the whole project.
Big projects need a lot of trades. We run the whole job: we draw it, price it, schedule every trade, do the carpentry and finish work ourselves, and stay responsible from the first visit to the last walk-through.
Fewer phone calls. Better work.
One number to call
You talk to us. Not to five companies, and not to whoever happens to be on site that day.
One schedule
We line up every trade in the right order, so the drywall crew is not standing around waiting on the plumber.
One company responsible
If something is not right, it is ours to fix. That is the point of hiring a general contractor.
Six steps, start to finish.

- 1
Walk it and listen
We visit, measure, and hear what you want the project to do for you.
- 2
Draw it
We draw the plan in CAD so you can see the layout and the sizes before anything is torn out.
- 3
One clear price
You get one price for the whole job, laid out so you can see where the money goes.
- 4
Schedule every trade
We book the trades we trust for electrical, plumbing and heating, and set the order of the work.
- 5
Build and finish
We do the carpentry, drywall, tile, paint and trim ourselves, and manage everyone else on site.
- 6
Walk it again
At the end we walk the finished project with you and take care of anything that is not right.
Good to know.
What size of project do you take on as general contractor?
Anything that needs more than one trade: a kitchen or bathroom remodel, a basement, an addition, or a full house update. If it is one trade, we usually just do it ourselves.
Who are the other trades on the job?
Licensed electricians, plumbers and heating contractors we know and trust. We schedule them, manage them, and stay responsible for the whole job.
Do I need to talk to the subcontractors?
No. You can if you want to, but you never have to chase anyone. We handle it.

Tell us about the whole project.
Call or send a note. We come look, listen, and give you a clear price before any work starts.
