Metal or shingles?
Metal sheds snow and lasts a long time; shingles cost less up front. We will look at your roof pitch, your budget and how long you plan to stay, and tell you what we would put on our own house.
Can you fix a leak without replacing the roof?
Often, yes. Most leaks come from flashing around a chimney, a vent or a valley, and those can be repaired on their own.
